Jackie Wilson, aka Mr Excitement, singing "Lonely Teardrops" on Bandstand, circa 1959. The song was writen by the Dee-troit duo of Tyran Carlo (Roquel Davis) and a young, pre-Motown Berry Gordy Jr. The moves are by Jackie himself.
